项目概况：

绥中36-1/旅大5-2油田二次调整项目，新建中心平台2座（LD5-2CEPC、SZ36-1CEPQ），井口平台2座（SZ36-1WHPR、SZ36-1WHPS），新建海底管道4条，新铺设海底电缆8条。

交货期：国内交货要求2022年10月13日到达山东青岛黄岛建造场地,国外交货要求2022年9月28日CIF青岛港。

交货地点：（境内货物）山东青岛黄岛建造场地，（境外货物）CIF青岛港。

资金到位或资金来源落实情况：企业自有资金，已落实。

2.资格标准：

★原油外输泵应为单级离心泵(OH2)。

★原油外输泵橇需按照《海上固定平台安全规则》的要求进行设计、制造、认证和检验。制造商应委托中国国家安全生产监督管理总局海洋石油作业安全办公室（COOOSO）认可的船级社（ABS, Lloyd^，s, DNV,CCS，BV）对原油外输泵橇（包括机组橇块外附属设备）进行检验并获得检验证书。

★投标人所投标原油外输泵橇应为制造商（即泵的制造商及泵橇的成橇商）的成熟产品，买方不接受新试制产品。制造商应具有至少2台套原油外输泵橇（限2011年1月1日之后签订的合同，OH2泵型、排量≥80m3/h、扬程≥135米、输送介质原油）在海洋石油平台或FPSO运行2年及以上（从调试验收报告签字日期或使用方出具的运行时间证明文件起计）的业绩。并提供相应的书面材料（书面材料是指：合同及调试验收报告或合同及使用方出具的有效证明文件）；上述文件中如未包含设备的出口扬程、排量、所在设施的名称及使用方信息，投标人应提供有效说明文件。为核实投标人业绩，在授予合同前招标人有权要求投标人进一步提供相关证明资料，包括但不限于技术协议或技术澄清纪要、图纸和计算书等技术文件、第三方船级社出具证书、发票、银行进账单/流水单、进出口报关单据等。投标人无法提供相关材料的，将视为无效业绩。

★泵排量及排出压力满足数据表要求。

★NPSHR比数据表中规定的NPSHA至少低1m。

★原油外输泵的泵体、叶轮和轴的材质必须满足API610 D-1标准要求。

★投标人确认原油外输泵在如下电源情况下，能够正常运行：

380V, 3ph, 3w, 50Hz,

220V, 1ph, 2w, 50Hz,

3. 有兴趣的合格投标人可通过以下方式获取招标文件：

Overview: SZ36-1/LD5-2 OIL FIELD SECOND ADJUSTING DEVELOPMENT PROJECT: 2 new central platforms(LD5-2CEPC and SZ36-1CEPQ),2 wellhead platforms(SZ36-1WHPR and SZ36-1WHPS),4 new submarine pipelines and 8 new submarine cables were laid.

Delivery Schedule:
From within PRC：October 13, 2022 of Construction Site of Qingdao, Shandong.
From outside PRC：September 28, 2022 of Qingdao Seaport, Shandong.

2. Qualification Requirements:

★   The crude oil shipping pump shall be a single-stage centrifugal pump(OH2).

★   The Crude Export  Pump Skid shall be designed, manufactured, certified and tested in accordance with the requirements of Safety Rules for Offshore Fixed Platform Issued by State Economic & Trade Commission. PRC (SETC). Supplier shall at his own cost arrange inspection and obtain inspection compliance certificate of Crude Oil Shipping Pump Skid from one of the certifying agencies authorized by COOOSO, which are ABS, LIoyd_EpSingleQuotes_s, DNV,CCS, BV.

★   The Crude Oil Export Pump Skid provided by BIDDER shall be the mature products of the manufacturers (Should be the Pump manufacturer and the skid assemble manufacturer), the newly trial products would not been accepted. The products provided by Manufacturer shall have at least 2 sets Crude Oil Export Pump Skid  (Limited to signing the contract after January 1, 2011, OH2 type, transport medium: Crude Oil, Capacity ≥80m3/h, Pump head ≥135m) of two years or more of successful performance (from the date of commissioning acceptance rep ort or the certificate issued by the user) on the Offshore Oil Platform or FPSO. The BIDDER shall provide the relevant supporting documents (contract and commissioning acceptance report or contract and the effective certificate issued by the user). If the pump head, pump capacity, the name of the facility and the user_EpSingleQuotes_s information are not included in the above documents, the bidder shall provide the valid documentation. In order to verify the performance of BIDDER, the Tenderee shall have the right to request the bidder to provide further relevant supporting information before the contract is awarded. Including but not limited to, technical documents such as technical agreement, technical clarification notes, drawings and calculations etc., certificate approved by the third party classification society, invoice, bank statements/slip, import and export customs declaration etc. If the BIDDER is unable to provide relevant materials, it will be regarded as invalid performance.

★   The pump displacement and discharge pressure meet the data sheets requirements.

★   The NPSHR shall at least 1m less than NPSHA in the data sheet.

★   The material of casing, impeller and shaft must meet the requirements of API 610 D-1.
