Both ends of the landscape bridge should smoothly connect with the *-meter-wide greenway around the lake. Pre-qualification: The pre-qualification review consists of a conformity review and a finalist evaluation. Applicants who fail the conformity review will not be eligible for the finalist evaluation. Applicants who do not meet the registration requirements will be disqualified in the conformity review. The pre-qualification review committee will conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the pre-qualification application documents that have passed the conformity review. The shortlisted units will proceed with their designs according to the requirements stated in the design task book, participate in the interim scheme exchange meeting, and ultimately submit design deliverables that meet the specified requirements. Each unit is only allowed to submit one design proposal. The proposal evaluation committee will review the submitted design deliverables and rank the three shortlisted units' designs through a recorded vote. The results will then be submitted to the organizing body.
