Luxembourg Airport emergency support service business negotiation second round announcement of China Postal Airlines
中国邮政航空有限责任公司（以下简称“采购人”），拟就“应急性支援服务采购”以公开商务谈判方式对有能力为本项目提供服务的供应商进行采购，现邀请合格供应商提交响应文件并参与商务谈判。
China Postal Airlines( referred to as the "Purchaser") intends to purchase suppliers capable of providing services for this project through open business negotiation for "Emergency Support Service Procurement", and hereby invites qualified suppliers to submit response documents and participate in business negotiation.

Purchase contents:
当邮航B***F飞机在卢森堡发生故障，无法执行后续航班时，协议单位应按合同要求为邮航B***F飞机提供紧急维修技术支援服务，以保障邮航飞机快速恢复适航状态。涉及机型： B***F,服务地点为卢森堡。服务期一年，据实结算。
When the B***F aircraft fault in Luxembourg and the plane is not airworthy, the supplier shall provide emergency maintenance technical support services for the B***F aircraft as required by the contract, so as to ensure that the aircraft can quickly recover its airworthiness. Aircraft involved: B***F, service location is Luxembourg. Service period of one year, according to the actual settlement.

Supplier qualification:
*.*供应商须为来自中华人民**国或与中华人民**国有正常贸易往来的国家或地区的法人或其他组织（提供营业执照副本复印件或投标人所在地有效的公司注册文件复印件），能独立承担民事责任的、有能力为本项目提供应急性维修服务的单位。
The supplier shall be a legal person or other organization from the People's Republic of China or a country or region with normal trade contacts with the People's Republic of China (provide a copy of the business license or a copy of the valid company registration document where the bidder is located), which can independently bear civil liabilities and has the ability to provide emergency maintenance services for the project.
*.*供应商须具备CAAC或FAA或EASA维修资质，并具有B***机型维修能力。
Suppliers must have CAAC or FAA or EASA maintenance qualifications and have B*** aircraft maintenance capabilities.
*.*未被国家企业信用信息公示系统（http://www.gsxt.gov.cn）列入严重违法失信企业名单；未被信用中国网站（www.creditchina.gov.cn）列入失信被执行人（以评审当日查询结果为准）
Not included in the list of seriously illegal and dishonest enterprises by the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (http://www.gsxt.gov.cn); Persons not listed in the credit China website (www.creditchina.gov.cn) as subject to enforcement for breach of trust (subject to the query result on the day of review)
