B、★投标人所投产品的制造商应通过石油天然气行业质量管理体系API Spec Q*认证，须同时具备有效的GB/T*****（ISO*****）环境管理体系认证证书、GB/T*****(OHSAS*****)或GB/T***** (ISO*****) 职业健康管理体系认证证书，国内认证机构签发的证书应可在中国国家认证认可监督管理委员会网站(http://www.cnca.gov.cn/)核实。如果有国家相关部门发布的最新体系标准，以最新体系标准为准。投标时需提供原件扫描件（原件备查）。 ？ B.The manufacturer of the Bid Goods shall have passed the API Spec Q* certification of the quality management system for the petroleum and natural gas industry, and must also have a valid GB/T***** (ISO*****) environmental management system certification, GB/T***** (OHSAS*****) or GB/T***** (ISO*****) occupational health management system certification.
