*.Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance：*)The bidder has a valid business license (bidder from within the territory of P.R.C.)/operation license (bidder from outside the territory of P.R.C.), and a copy of the corresponding certificate is required; *)The bidder must be a manufacturer or an equipment agent; if the bidder is an equipment agent, sole authorization letter for the bid from the manufacturer is required; *)From March **, **** to March **, **** (based on the contract signing date), the products provided by the bidder shall have at least * supply performances in the People's Republic of China for more than * years under the similar working conditions in VRDS Unit. The performance provided by the bidder shall be not less than ** target flowmeters per contract. The model of the bidding product must be the same or equivalent to the product in the successful application per-formance provided above. It is necessary to provide a copy of the contract as the performance supporting materials. All the materials should at least include the signing time of the contract, project name, device name, product model and quantity, and signed pages. If the contract cannot show requirements mentioned above, bidders shall provide technical agreement matching the contract or data sheet or relevant drawing copy.
