Qualifications or Performance：*）The bidder has a valid business license (domestic bidder)/operation license (foreign bidder), and a copy of the corresponding certificate is required;*）The bidder must be a manufacturer or agent authoritied directly by manufacturer or selling company/manufacturing company under manufacturer’s group; Package manufacturer as agent of manufacturer and serial authorization are unacceptable; if the bidder is agent, the bidder must provide sole authorization letter provided by manufacturer or selling company/manufacturing company under manufacturer’s group.
