Qualifications or Performance：*) The bidder has a valid business license (bidder registered inside the PRC cus-toms territory)/operation license (bidder registered outside the PRC customs ter-ritory), and a copy of the corresponding certificate is required; *) The bidder must be a manufacturer; the equipment agent is unaccepted for this bidding; *) The bidder shall have stress analysis design qualification certificate or ASME U* certificate; *) The bidder shall have Pressure Vessel Equipment Manufacturing License (Class D and above); *) From January *, **** to * days before the deadline for submission of the bids (the time is subject to the signing of the contract), the bidder must have manu-facturing performance of at least * set feed vaporizer & feed-effluent exchanger & HP steam generator in SM unit with scale no less than ***KTA and with li-censor as Badger.
