If any of the documents is in a foreign language, the corresponding Chinese version shall be provided. 杭 州 未 来 国 际 演 艺 中 心 概 念 性 方 案 设 计 国 际 征 集 公 告 ** 七、入围和评选方式 Ⅶ Shortlisting and Selecting （一）入围遴选： Shortlist selection *.申请材料递交时间截止后，由代理机构进行初步审核，再由征集单位组建入围遴 选评审委员会对应征申请单位和其拟派设计人员的资质资格、类似项目设计业绩、获奖、 荣誉等方面进行评议、比选，从中择优选取 * 个应征申请单位入围。 After the deadline for submission of application materials, the agency will conduct a preliminary review, and then the organizer for this solicitation activity will set up a shortlist selection review committee to review the certificates and qualifications of the applicants and their proposed designer personnel, their design performance in similar projects, awards, honors, etc. After evaluation and comparison, eight firms will be shortlisted and no explanation will be given to those who are not shortlisted. *.征集单位将发放《应征入围通知书》通知入围的应征申请单位。如收到《应征入 围通知书》的应征申请单位未按要求及时响应的，则视作自动放弃入围资格，征集单位 将在未入围的应征申请单位中择优替补。 The organizer will issue a “Notification Letter of Shortlisting” to notify the shortlisted firms. If the application firm that receives the Notification Letter fails to respond in time as required, it will be deemed to have automatically given up the qualification, and the organizer will select the best among the non-shortlisted applicants as a substitute. （二）应征评审： Application review 应征入围单位递交应征成果文件后，征集单位组建评审专家委员会，在认真研究每 个应征成果文件的基础上进行评审后，推荐 * 个优胜应征单位，最后由征集单位综合考杭 州 未 来 国 际 演 艺 中 心 概 念 性 方 案 设 计 国 际 征 集 公 告 ** 量决策后在推荐的 * 个优胜应征单位中确定 * 家最终中选单位。 After the shortlisted firms submit their proposal documents, the organizer will set up an expert review committee. Upon carefully studying and scrutinizing each proposal, the committee will recommend three outstanding firms.
