*. 对投标人的资质要求：
*) 投标人应为制造商，否则其投标将被否决；
*) 投标人应具有营业执照（营业登记）/经营许可证明文件；
*) 投标人应具有在有效期内的ISO****质量管理体系认证证书、在有效期内的ISO*****环境管理体系认证证书、在有效期的OHSAS*****职业健康安全管理体系认证证书；注：需提供有效的资质证书复印件加盖投标人公章。

*) 投标人应当提供在开标日前*个月内由银行出具的银行资信证明的原件或复印件。
*) 本项目不接受联合体投标。
*) 投标人在投标前需在中国国际招标网或必联网上完成注册。评标结果将在必联网公示。

*. Qualification Requirements For Bidder：
*) The bidder must be the Goods’ manufacturer; otherwise, the bid will be rejected.
*) The bidder shall have a business license (business registration) / business license certification.
*) The bidder shall have valid ISO****, ISO***** and OHSAS*****.
*) The bidding products shall have at least * performances running more than * years in oil refining and chemical plant (flow not less than **m/h and head not less than ****m, or flow not less than **m*/h and head not less than ****m). Bidders shall provide performance list. Photocopy of important contract pages or datasheet (including plant name, user name, equipment name, signing or stamping page, etc.) shall be provided. The performance will not be recognized if photocopy of contracts is not provided or unclear.
*) The bidder shall stay in good financial status, and asset-liability ratio per year of recent * years (****-****) shall not be higher than **%. The bidder shall provide financial audit reports audited by the third party.
