Performance certification documents include but are not limited to: *) copies of sales contracts and *) materials for acceptance upon arrival.The performance certification documents submitted by the applicant must at least reflect the following contents: contract signing time, contract signing page (with both parties' seals), manufacturer's name, goods name, quantity of goods and arrival acceptance materials.
