3. Qualification Requirements for Bidder

Qualification or performance of the bidder: 3.1 The bidder must be a manufacturer who has registered with the bidding agency and purchased the bidding documents, and has successfully registered on the electronic trading platform for bidding and tendering of mechanical and electrical products.

3.2 during the period from January 2015 to January 2021, the tenderer shall have at least 8 sets of complete vehicle K & C test stands provided for 8 different users at home and abroad. And all of them have passed the acceptance, are in normal operation and have no technical obstacles. It is necessary to provide relevant certificates such as the sales of the equipment (such as the acceptance report and the first page of the contract), and provide the customer's name and contact information.

3.3 the equipment manufacturer must pass ISO9001, ISO14001 or equivalent effective quality system certification, have the K & C test-bed equipment and technical capacity required to perform the contract, have the content of production and sales of the equipment, and provide copies of corresponding certificates in the tender documents.

3.4 the tenderer must have good localized after-sales service organization and technical support for products in China, and issue corresponding supporting materials (distribution point and contact information of after-sales service office).

3.5 the bidder must be an equipment manufacturer, and agents are not allowed to participate in the bidding of the project.
