项目概况：近两年随着对产品加工精度、数量的要求越来越高，完井现有的设备不能满足加工能力要求，为了生产需求实现一次装夹满足车和铣的工序，减少工序，保障加工质量，达到较大幅度提升产能的需要，现需要购置一台车铣复合加工中心。

 

交货期：

国内交货要求卖方应于本合同生效日后7个月内交货至COSL天津塘沽买方库房天津市滨海新区华山道450号地点。

国外交货要求卖方应于本合同生效日后7个月内交货至 COSL天津塘沽买方库房（天津市滨海新区塘沽华山道450号）。

 

2.资格标准：

1）投标人需具有有效的营业执照、组织机构代码证、税务登记证或三证合一营业执照。如果投标人为境外注册公司，需提供有效的公司登记注册证明。

1) 投标人应提供业绩清单：2018年1月1日-2020年12月31日（合同签署日期）车铣复合加工中心（同种型号）≥2台的销售业绩。业绩包括合同、发票或形式发票等国家认可结算相关证明的扫描件（包含但不限于材料名称、用户名称、规格型号、证明人、合同签订日期、联系电话***

2)财务要求：投标人须提供2018-2020年（如果成立不足三年按照成立至今时间段计）财务报表，包括资产负债表、现金流量表、利润表。

3）资格证书：投标人提供制造商设备制造行业的质量管理体系证书。

4）本次投标接受制造商及贸易商投标。制造商提供自身的营业执照、资质证书、业绩证明材料；贸易商应提供产品制造商的营业执照、资质证书、业绩证明材料、制造商授权书。

Project Overview:Nearly two years as the machining accuracy of product, quantity of demand is higher and higher, completion of the existing equipments can not meet the requirement of the processing capacity, in order to achieve production requirements once clamping meet the process of turning and milling, reduce working procedure, to ensure processing quality, achieve a greatly enhance the need of production capacity, we need to purchase a car milling compound machining center

Delivery Schedule:

From within PRC：within 7 months after the effective date of this Contract delivery to COSL Buyer_EpSingleQuotes_s Ware in Tanggu, Tianjin (No. 450, Huashan Road, Tanggu, Binhai New Area, Tianjin).

From outside PRC：within 7 months after the effective date of this Contract delivery to DDP COSL Tianjin Tanggu Buyer_EpSingleQuotes_s Ware (No. 450, Huashan Road, Tanggu, Binhai New Area, Tianjin).

2. Qualification:

Bidder shall have valid business license, organization code certificate, tax registration certificate or three-in-one business license. If the bidder is an overseas registered company, a valid company registration certificate shall be provided.

1) The bidder shall provide the manufacturer_EpSingleQuotes_s performance list: the sales performance of turning and milling compound machining centers (the same type) ≥2 sets from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2020（contract signed date）. Performance shall include scanned copies of contracts, invoices or proforma invoices and other state-approved settlement related certificates (including but not limited to material name, user name, specifications and models, references, contract signing date, contact number and other information) and other supporting materials

2) Financial requirements: The bidder shall provide its financial statements for the period 2018-2020 (if less than three years since the establishment is calculated according to the period since the establishment), including balance sheet, cash flow statement and profit statement.

3)Qualification certificate: The bidder shall provide the quality management system certificate of the equipment manufacturing industry of the manufacturer.

4)The tender is accepted by manufacturers and traders. The manufacturer shall provide its own business license, qualification certificate and performance certification materials; The trader shall provide the business license, qualification certificate and performance certificate of the product manufacturer and itself?Manufacturer authorization.
