水系整治工作范围为龙袍新城所有水体。水系整治设计主要包含河道设计、河道清淤、水利水工设施、水体景观、水生态修复等内容。其中河道设计方面，结合现状水系及龙袍新城水系规划，设计河道宽度、横纵断面等，实现改善水质、协调生态、美化环境目标。清淤内容以削减污染、改善与提升河道水质为重点。依据河道情况，确定相应水利水工设施建设规模及布局，开展设计。景观水体考虑承载景观功能，与景观设施结合，同时维持水体“海绵”生态功能。水生态修复实现强化水体生态系统相关功能。最终达到水安全保障、水生态良好、水资源持续、水环境改善、水文化丰富的目标，提升龙袍新城生态效益。

乡村振兴工作范围为长江社区七乡河过江通道以西部分。依托龙袍新城“港、产、城、乡、湿”融合的发展定位，乡村振兴工作紧密围绕龙袍省级湿地公园开展，充分利用公园的生态优势，衔接公园的功能需求，通过对农村生产、生活、生态等要素的统筹规划与布局，形成与湿地公园相呼应的特色村庄，完善旅游基础设施和功能配套，服务龙袍省级湿地公园。产业上，考虑依托资源禀赋和地域特色，挖掘村庄历史文化，梳理产业体系，推动旅游资源的产业化和载体化建设，加强一、二、三产联动，深化“产业兴农”。

   5.2咨询规划设计周期：方案编制周期为集中踏勘后60日历天。后期整合深化设计周期为确定整合深化单位后45日历天。

    6.奖项设置：

    方案编制阶段：在6名入围供应商提交的符合应征文件要求的设计方案中评选出一等奖1名，二等奖2名，三等奖3名。

    7.设计奖金设置：
