中国南方航空股份有限公司墨尔本营业部 (以下简称“采购人”)现对南航墨尔本机场休息室服务进行询价采购。

China Southern Airlines Co., Ltd. Melbourne Office (hereinafter referred to as the “purchaser”) is now inquiring about the purchase of China Southern Airlines Melbourne airport lounge services.

1、询价项目简介

1. Project Background Information

1.1项目名称： 墨尔本机场休息室服务。

1.1 Project Name: China Southern Airlines Melbourne Airport Lounge Service.

1.5 项目内容、限价：承担南航墨尔本高端旅客休息室服务保障工作。本项目最高限价55澳币/人次（不含税），高于本限价的报价视为无效。本项目按照实际发生额进行结算，以墨尔本疫情期间现有航班量估算，本项目总费用大概为201.3万元人民币。本项目采用框架（无固定总金额）采购模式。本次采购总金额和数量为预估数据，采购人有权按实际需要调整，并按实际数量进行结算。合同期内的采购数量可能会有所增减，固定单价不再进行相应调整。

1.5 Project Description/Quantity/Limit or Budget: Responsible for China southern airlines’ lounge service at Melbourne airport. This project has a maximum price of 55AUD/per person per flight (GST excluded). The project is settled according to the actual amount. The approximately cost of this project will be 2.01 million Chinese Yuan based on the existing CZ flight numbers during pandemic in Melbourne. This project uses a framework (no fixed total amount) procurement model. The total amount and quantity of this purchase are estimated data, and the purchaser has the right to adjust according to actual needs and settle the actual quantity. The purchase quantity during the contract period may increase or decrease, and the fixed unit price will no longer be adjusted accordingly.

1.6 交货/服务地点：墨尔本T2国际航站楼

1.6 Product Exchange/Service Execution Location: Melbourne airport T2 terminal

1.7交货/服务期：合同签订后，2年。

1.7 Product Exchange/Service Execution Date: 2 years after signing the contract.

1.8 合同期限：2年（2021年12月1日至2023年11月30日）

1.8 Contract Affective Period: 2 years（from December 1, 2021 to November 30, 2023）

2. Supplier Requirements

参加本项目报价的供应商必须符合下列要求：

Criteria listed below must be met by companies to participate and be considered for this inquiring:

2.1 供应商必须具有独立承担民事责任能力，属于在澳大利亚境内注册的法人或组织，并具备合法、有效且涵盖本项目经营范围的营业执照。

2.1 Suppliers must be able capable of taking legal responsibilities for all actions made by their registered organization and possess valid business licenses. (Please provide copies of all necessary licenses.)

2.2 供应商须已具备在墨尔本机场向旅客提供休息室服务的资质与经验。

2.2 Suppliers must have experience in airport lounge service and have all necessary skills and ability to provide quality service.

2.3 供应商应具备纳税并且提供合乎当地税法的专用发票。

2.3 Suppliers must have register for GST and able to provide Australian tax invoice.

2.4 本次询价不接受联合报价，竞价人不得分包转包。

2.4 This inquiry does not accept joint quotations, and bidders are not allowed to subcontract.

3.2报名时间：2021年6月29日0点0分至2021年7月3日24时0分。

3.2 Application acceptance time frame: From 0:00 on June 29, 2021 to 24:00 on July 3, 2021

3.3申请文件：供应商的公司登记证书副本，供应商的税务登记副本以及相关的营业执照。以上文件请通过邮件投递。

3.3 Application Documents: A Copy of supplier’s business license, copy of organization code, a copy of supplier’s tax registration. Please scan all required documents and send as attachments through the application email.

4.1预审日期：2021年7月5日。

4.2 采购人将根据提供的材料评估并筛选每个供应商。

4.2 Purchaser will evaluate and screen each supplier based on the provided application. The lack or incompletion of any documentation will result in disqualification.

4.3供应商必须确保所提供信息的真实性。采购人保留要求审查申请中提供的原始文件的权利。资料不全或不符合要求将导致供应商被取消申请资格。

4.3 Suppliers must ensure the authenticity of the information provided. Purchaser reserves the right to request to review the original documents provided in the application. Unauthentic documents will result in the supplier being disqualified.

5.询价文件的取得

5. Acquisition of Inquiring Documents

采购人将在2021年7月7日之前联系通过申请筛选的供应商。未通过申请筛选的供应商将不会收到任何电子邮件***

Purchaser will contact suppliers that pass the pre-qualification screening by 7^TH JUL 2021. Suppliers who failed the pre-application screening will not receive any emails and will not be able to participate in submitting a proposal with quotations for the project.

6.响应文件递交

6. Relevant Document Submission

6.1供应商必须在2021年7月9日24时00分之前递交响应文件。

6.1 Supplier will have until 24:00 on 9^th JUL 2021 to submit their proposals and quotations.

6.2 采购人不接受在截止日期之后提交的任何文件。

6.2 Purchaser will not accept any documents submitted past the deadline.
