Invitation Announcement for Business Negotiation on Import Coal Annual Procurement in 2021
广东省电力工业燃料有限公司（下述简称“我司”）近期拟开展 2021 年进口煤的年度合同采购工作，主要面向印尼的大型动力煤生产商。有意供应的单位可将相关文件
和报价发至指定邮箱，具体要求如下：
Guangdong Power Industry Fuel Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us”) is intending to carry out annual procurement for Indonesian for
the year of 2021, which mainly object in the biggest coal producers in Indonesia. If you have any interests, please send relevant documents and your
coal offer in accordance with below requirements:
1. 时间安排 Schedule
1.1 文件和报价提交的起止时间：北京时间 2021 年 4 月 16 日下午 14：00 至 2021 年 4 月 23 日下午 17：00。
Period for providing documents and offer(s): From 14:00 pm of 16th April 2021 to 17:00 pm of 23th April, 2021, Beijing time.
1.2 合同谈判截止时间：北京时间 2021 年 5 月 14 日下午 17：00。
Deadline for contract negotiation: 17:00 pm on 14th May, 2021, Beijing time.
1.3 合同签订时间：北京时间 2021 年 5 月 20 日 17:00 前。
Time for contract signing: before 17:00 pm of 20th May, 2021, Beijing time.
2. 合同条款由买卖双方协商确定。
The contract terms refer to the mutual business negotiation

4. 注意事项
Attention：
4.1 如有需要，我司将要求贵司提供资质资料或供应记录，或其它文件，请贵司积极、及时提供，否则，报价视作无效。

as ineffective.
4.2 本公告中英文不一致处，以中文为准。
