5.Among them, the construction period requirements of each regional node shall be subject to the construction schedule of the owner and the general contractor.

二、报名须知：

1、资格要求：

（1）与招标单位建立服务关系

（2）投标保证金：1000 美元

（3）资质等级：中国大陆境内投标人需具有建筑幕墙工程专业承包二级及以上资质，柬埔寨当地投标人需具有符合承包范围的营业执照

（4）投标总价不超过控制价

        (1). Establish service relationships with the Tenderee;

 (2).  Tender security USD  1000 ;

 (3). Qualification level Bidders in mainland China must have professional qualifications for contracting Facade work at level 2 and above, and local bidders in Cambodia must have business licenses that meet the scope of the contract ;

 (4). The total tender price shall not exceed the cost estimates/ contractor’s budget.

三、招标文件获取：

（1）供应商登录中国五矿集团有限公司采购电子商务平台（http://ec.mcc.com.cn/）报名；未注册的供应商需填报企业相关资料，进行网络注册认证，通知我公司进行资审，获取账户密码后进行报名。

（2）柬埔寨当地投标人等暂未在电商采购平台进行注册的或暂无法注册电商采购平台账号的，由国际工程公司招标办公室通过招标专用邮箱gjzbb@sbc-mcc.com 统一发送招标文件至投标人指定邮箱，投标人必须依据文件要求在投标截止日期前进行邮件回复投标。

         (1) If bidders in mainland China have registered on the e-commerce procurement platform, they will be released through the China Minmetals Corporation procurement e-commerce platform (hereinafter referred to as the e-commerce procurement platform) (http://ec.mcc.com. cn/), the bidder can download it by himself.

 Bidders can follow the WeChat public account of "Shanghai Baoye Bidding and Procurement Platform" to view announcements and management information.

(2) For Cambodian local bidders who have not yet registered on the e-commerce procurement platform or temporarily unable to register their e-commerce procurement platform accounts, the International Engineering Company’s Bidding Office will send the bidding documents uniformly through the special bidding mailbox gjzbb@sbc-mcc.com To the mailbox designated by the bidder, the bidder must reply to the bid by email before the deadline for bidding in accordance with the document requirements.

四、投标方式：

线下操作：

（1）邮件投标：投标人将投标文件签字盖章后将电子版本发送到指定招标邮箱 gjzbb@sbc-mcc.com；

（2）书面投标：投标人将投标文件一式二份封闭盖章后提交至上海市宝山区庆安路77号宝冶科技大楼5楼国际工程公司招采中心 或柬埔寨金边市桑园区 BKK 分区 360 路 1 号 20 楼上海宝冶（柬埔寨）有限公司招采中心。

       
        (1)E-mail bidding: the bidder need to sign and seal the bidding documents and send the electronic version to the designated bidding mailbox gjzbb@sbc-mcc.com;

(2)Handcopy bidding: The bidder shall submit the two copies bid documents and sealed and stamped to the International Engineering Company bidding Center, 5th Floor, Baoye Science and Technology Building, No. 77 Qing‘an Road, Baoshan District, Shanghai, or bidding Center of Shanghai Baoye (Cambodia) Co,. LTD at 1, 20th Floor, Room 2001 and 2002, 360, Phum 8, Boeng Keng Kang Muoy, Chamkar Mon, Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
