技术规格：

机电一体品（包括机械、液压润滑、激光系统、电气系统、控制系统及相应的附件等），输出的最大激光功率不小于8000W。
（1）设备的激光焊接头在横向（垂直于钢带进给方向）的有效调节范围，即X轴，不小于500mm。
（2）设备的激光焊接头在高向（垂直于水平面方向）的有效调节范围，即Z轴，不小于500mm。
（3）自动寻位系统（Seamline），可自动跟踪圆管的焊缝偏转量+/- 2.8mm范围内，保证焊缝质量；
（4）设备的激光焊接头在横向面（垂直于钢带进给方向）可实现定点旋转，并以腰型孔的形式实施有效旋转，焊接头的旋转范围为±90°，旋转采用手动调整。
（5）X、Z位置调整采用由AC 伺服电机驱动。

9. *对投标人的资格要求：

（1）由于项目复杂、技术要求高，任何投标人希望参与本项目的，均应在开标前与招标人联系开展技术交流并签订技术协议（联系人***
（2）投标方（或设备制造厂商）近五年（2016年-2020年）CO2激光焊接机销量不少于5套，其中含有8KW以上CO2激光焊接机一套，且稳定运行一年以上。

Co., Ltd(Hereinafter referred to as tenderer) on Open Tendering for the following goods required in CO2 Laser welding equipment for RF5002 roller line pressing project invites eligible bidders to online e-bidding.

1． The name, quantity, technical specifications and fund sources of goods for tendering：

The name：Laser welding equipment

Quantity：1 set

Technical specifications：

Mechanical and electrical products (including machinery, hydraulic lubrication, laser system, electrical system, control system and corresponding accessories, etc.), The output maximum laser power is not less than 8000W.
(1)  The effective adjustment range of the laser welding joint of the equipment in the transverse direction (perpendicular to the direction of steel belt feeding), namely the X-axis, is not less than 500mm.
(2) The effective adjustment range of the laser welding joint of the equipment in the high direction (perpendicular to the horizontal direction), namely the Z-axis, is not less than 500mm.
(3) Automatic position finding system (Seamline) can automatically track the weld deflection of round pipe within the range of +/ -2.8mm to ensure the weld quality;
(4)  The laser welding joint of the equipment can realize fixed-point rotation on the transverse surface (perpendicular to the direction of steel belt feeding), and effective rotation is implemented in the form of waist hole. The rotation range of the welding joint is ±90°, and the rotation is manually adjusted.
(5) X and Z position adjustment is driven by AC servo motor.

9. *Requirements of Bidder’s qualification：

(1) Due to the complexity of the project and high technical requirements, any bidder wishing to participate in the project should contact the tenderee to carry out technical exchanges and sign a technical agreement before the bid opening (contact: Gu Jun, tel: 13564636273). Bidders who fail to sign the technical attachment will have their bid rejected.
(2) The bidder (or equipment manufacturer) shall sell no less than 5 sets of CO2 laser welding machines in the recent five years (2016-2020), including one set of CO2 laser welding machines of 8KW or above, which shall operate stably for more than one year.
