(6)带有自动上垫片装置、自动上锁扣装置。

2. 交货地点和交货时间：

交货时间：合同生效8个月内FOB

9. *对投标人的资格要求：

（1）投标人应具有良好供货业绩，最近6年(2015年至今)在境内外与本项目同类工况环境下的成功运行实绩不少于10套；
（2）由于项目复杂，技术要求高，任何投标人希望参与本项目均应在开标前与招标人联系开展技术交流并签署技术附件，未能签订技术附件的投标人，其投标将被否决；技术附件签字必须在设备资材采购中心组织下完成；设备资材采购中心联系人：张烨娜，联系方式***

9. *Requirements of Bidder’s qualification：

（1）The bidder shall have good supply performance. The bidder shall have no less than 10 successful operation achievements in the last 6 years (from 2015 till now) under the same working conditions at home and abroad as this project.
（2）Due to the complexity and high technical requirements of the project, any bidder who wishes to participate in the project shall contact the tenderee to carry out technical exchanges and sign technical appendix before bid opening. Bidders failing to sign the technical appendix will be rejected. Signing of technical appendix shall be completed under the organization of the equipment and material procurement center.
