1. 交货的地点：关境内货物：项目现场；关境外货物：天津新港/北京首都机场。

   交货时间：合同签字生效后5个月。

2. 资质要求：

   关境内投标人须提供:

1. 加载统一社会信用代码的营业执照或事业单位法人证书;

2. 在开标日前3个月内由其开立基本账户的银行开具的有效银行资信证明;

   关境外投标人须提供:

   ① 有效的企业登记证明材料;

   ②在开标日前3个月内由其开户银行开具的有效银行资信证明。

   所有投标人必须是所投货物的制造商或该货物制造商授权的代理商，并提供制造商出具的授权书。

   本次招标不接受联合体投标。

2. Qualification requirements：

   The bidder from PRC should present the following documents:

1.  Business license or legal person certificate of public institution loaded with unified social credit code.

2. Valid bank Credit Certificate issued by the bank opening the basic account within 3 months before the bid opening date.

   The bidder from Foreign Country should present the following documents:

1.  Effective enterprise registration certification materials;

2. The Valid bank credit certificate issued by the opening bank within 3 months before the bid opening date.

   ALL bidders must be the manufacturers of the goods offered or the Agent authorized by the manufacturer of the goods and provide the power of attorney issued by the manufacturer.
