关于2020年一汽-大众捷达品牌已完成投资人招募的城市的经销商网络招募工作通知

尊敬的经销商投资人：

为了打造行业领先的捷达品牌经销商网络，更好的服务终端客户，一汽-大众将和经销商携手共创一汽-大众捷达品牌辉煌未来。经一汽-大众捷达品牌网络决策委员会批准，现开展关于2020年一汽-大众捷达品牌已完成投资人招募的城市的经销商网络招募工作，具体如下:

一、 投资人申请资格、网络招募类型及要求

（一）投资人申请资格： 

1．已在招募城市获得一汽-大众捷达品牌意向授权的投资人

（二）网络招募类型

1. 单一销售店+一汽-大众大众品牌4S店或捷达品牌4S/2S店服务共享

2．4S店

3．2S店

注：可选以上三种网络类型中的一种，具体要求如下：

  （三）城市清单：见附件一（城市清单明细数据截止至2020年3月13日）。 

（四）4S店、2S店及单一销售店场地要求：

1. 应提供购买或租赁土地的相关证明文件(含意向协议)，拥有土地使用权的期限不低于10年

2. 处在所在地级市或县级市的主城区，周边配套设施成熟，交通便利，因消费习惯、汽车商圈、政府规划等，不在主城区的，应作额外的说明及提供相关证明材料

3. 在其他条件相同的情况下，优先考虑以下选址位置：

3.1 处在4S店聚集区/已建成汽车园

3.2 处在在建汽车4S店园区/乘用车销售集中区（轿车大市场）

3.3 规划筹建汽车园区

4. 每位申请者在同个招募点位最多只能填报两块申请场地

5. 当提报的场地面积较大时，如提报场地大于建店需求场地，请务必在本申请书中明确标明用于建店场地的具体位置及详细尺寸

6. 如申请场地为改建，展厅展示区内不得有结构柱，且A型展厅展示区装修完毕净高需大于等于5米，B/C型展厅展示区装修完毕净高需大于等于4米，W型展厅展示区装修完毕净高大于等于3.6米；

（五）服务共享要求（一汽-大众大众品牌4S店）

1. 捷达品牌专属服务塔标：安装1个

2. 服务接待：至少1个捷达品牌服务顾问接待卡位

3. 机修工位：至少2个捷达品牌机修工位

4. 其他功能：可与大众品牌共享

二、 时间要求

本次招募时间为：2020年3月17日至2020年3月31日

三、 申报材料: 

（一）附件二：一汽-大众捷达品牌特许经销商入网申请书（书面版，以快递形式寄至一汽-大众捷达品牌网络与培训部，提交其他版本申请书或不邮寄书面申请书视为申请无效；电子版，将申请书制作成PDF电子版文件拷贝至U盘中，U盘与纸质版申请书共同邮寄）

（二）附件三：请在招募截止时间前提交入网申请信息表至quan.wang.SC@faw-vw.com

四、 注意事项

(一) 申报材料必须真实、有效，若发现存在虚假信息等情况，则视为无效申请，取消经销商申请资格

(二) 若因未提供充分场地相关材料（如：申请单位土地权属不明确、申请单位提供的土地材料与申请单位无关等）导致一汽-大众对申请单位作出不利判断，其后果由申请单位承担

(三) 请认真填写申请书，务必在规定期限内提交申请书及相关材料（以邮戳为准），逾期提交视为无效申请

五、 一汽-大众捷达品牌经销商选建流程介绍（供参考）

（一）网络规划

（二）网络招募

1. 制定《一汽-大众捷达品牌招募计划》/《一汽-大众捷达品牌招募通知》

2. 发布《一汽-大众捷达品牌经销商网络招募通知》

3. 收集《一汽-大众捷达品牌特许经销商入网申请书》

（三）评估

1. 对申请者的材料进行初审

2. 联合评估小组对通过初审候选经销商进行实地考察，验看资料，进行现场评分

3. 对候选经销商进行终审

（四）决策

由一汽-大众捷达品牌网络决策委员会决策，得出最终结果

（五）建设

1. 与获得意向经销商授权的单位签订《销售服务意向书》

2. 意向经销商按照管理规定及建设程序进行网络建设

（六）验收

联合验收小组按照《捷达品牌经销商开业程序》对完工单位进行验收，若合格则签署《特许经销商授权协议》

Dear dealer investors：

In order to build the new brand network which can lead the industry and better serve our customers, FAW-VW and dealers will jointly create a bright future for the new brand. 

Approved by FAW-VW New Brand NDC, We are currently engaged in the recruitment of distributors in cities where the FAW-VW Jetta brand has completed the recruitment of investors in 2020. , followings are detailed information:

1. Investor application qualification, network recruitment type and requirements

1.1 Investor application qualification：

1.1.1  Investors who have been authorized by FAW-Volkswagen's new brand in the investment cities.

1.2 Network recruitment type

1.2.1  Single sales store + FAW-VW VW 4S store with shared service

1.2.2  4S store

1.2.3  2S store

Note:

One of the above three network types can be selected and requirements are as follows：  

1.3 City list: See the attachment (data by 2020.3.13)：  

1.4 Requirements of location of 4S,2S and showroom: 

1.4.1 Must provide the relevant document of purchased or rental land (include the intent agreement). The term of land use rights is no less than 10 years

1.4.2 The site must be located in the urban area of prefectural or county-level cities with mature surrounding facilities and convenient transportation. If it doesn’t locate in the urban area because of consumption habits, auto commercial center, government planning, it requires relevant documents for proving

1.4.3 When the other conditions are the same, priority order is as following:

1.4.3.1 located in the intensive 4S shop area/ completed automobile park

1.4.3.2 located in under construction of the 4S shop park/Passenger vehicle sales center      area(car market)

1.4.3.3 Planning to build a car park

1.4.4 Each applicant can only submit two application sites for the same recruitment point

1.4.5 If the submitted land use is bigger than the required construction site, please clarify the exact location and detailed size in the application materials

1.4.6 If the application site is reconstruction, exhibition area shall not have column structure, and the A type exhibition area decoration must be higher than the height of 5 meters, B/C exhibition area decoration must be higher than 4 meters，W exhibition area decoration must be higher than 3.6 meters

1.5 FAW-VW VW brand 4S shop - requirements for the shared service:

1.5.1 New Brand Service Pylon: required to install one pylon

1.5.2 Service reception: At least new brand 1 reception desk

1.5.3 Mechanics: At least 2 new brand exclusive mechanics positions

1.5.4 Other functions: can share with VW brands.

2. Time Requirement

Recruitment time：Mar 17, 2020 to Mar 31, 2020

4. Attention

4.1 The submitted materials must be true and in effect. If there is any cheating information,the application is considered invalid and the qualification of the application is cancelled 

4.2 If don’t provide sufficient land materials (such as insufficient land use right certification, ambiguous relationship between the applicants and land use owner) should be responsible for all the negative consequences

5.5.2 The intended dealer shall conduct network construction according to the management regulations and construction procedures

5.6 Acceptance

The joint inspection team shall conduct acceptance inspection of the constructed dealer in accordance with the opening procedure of the new brand, and sign the Authorization Agreement of Franchiser if it is qualified
