3．采购内容：南航股份公司在科伦坡站点指定的进出港航班提供机上餐食配备及各项相关服务（含机供品及洗涤服务等）

4．需求说明：

按照采购人提供的配餐和机供品配送计划以及采购人认可的餐谱按时按量为采购人航班提供餐食及机供品等其它相关服务，确保不因配餐/机供品配送原因导致采购人航班延误。

5．拟实施采购时间：2020年6月

6．拟选用供应商：SriLankan Catering Limited

7．采用单一来源采购方式的原因及相关说明

经市场调研，科伦坡机场当地仅有SriLankan Catering Limited一家航空配餐供应商可供选择。航空配餐涉及安全、服务、运行保障，餐食品种较多、标准复杂，航空配餐为特殊行业，餐食服务采购项目技术复杂或有特殊要求，且当地机场只有一家航空配餐供应商可供选择。根据南航采购管理有关规定，拟采用单一来源采购方式。

公示期：2020年2月25日至2020年2月27日

公示期内，对上述事项有异议的，请在公示期内将书面意见（须载明异议人基本情况、异议内容及辅助材料并加盖本单位公章的扫描文件）发送至dygsfk@csair.com，逾期递交或不按要求递交的不予受理。

Notice of Single Source Procurement for China Southern Airlines Catering Service at Bandaranaike International Airport (CMB)

China Southern Airlines Holding Company Procurement Management Department (hereinafter referred to as “Purchaser”) intends to conduct a single source procurement for Catering Service at Bandaranaike International Airport (CMB). The relevant details are as follows:

1．Tender Name：China Southern Airlines Company Limited International Aviation Catering Service Procurement (CMB)

2．Tender Ref：

3．Tender Detail：Catering service and other relevant services (including in-flight supplies and laundry service etc.) for CZ flights inbound and outbound CMB.

4．Description of requirements：Render on-time services including catering and in-flight supplies uplifting services pursuant to catering matrix & menu rotation provided and confirmed by the purchaser. Flight delay due to in-flight meal and other in-flight supplies uplifting shall be strictly avoided.

5．Proposed tender time：Jun 2020

6．Intended suppliers：SriLankan Catering Limited

7．Reasons for using single source procurement and instructions：

Market research reveals that the SriLankan Catering Limited is the only in-flight caterer at Bandaranaike International Airport.

In-flight catering deals with various aspects including but not limited to safety, service, operation, meal variety, and complex standards. Airline catering is a field that entails special requests and strict standards. In-flight catering purchase has to see to these requirements being fulfilled and the standards being implemented. In view that SriLankan Catering Limited is the only caterer at Bandaranaike International Airport, we therefore intend to resort to single source purchase as in accordance with the requirements in the company policy.
