RAMU NICO MANAGEMENT (MCC) LTD desires to purchase Fuel Oil 180cst for his Ramu Nickel and Cobalt Project in Papua New Guinea. RAMU NICO MANAGEMENT (MCC) LTD would welcome your participation in providing Fuel Oil 180cst as per limited bidding after below details:

¹The fuel shall be free of used lubricating oil (ULO). A fuel shall be considered to be free of ULO, if one or more of the elements calcium, zinc, phosphorus are below or at the specified limits. All three elements shall exceed the same limits before a fuel shall be deemed to contain ULO.

3) Quantity: Total 65,000 metric tons, plus or minus 5 pct

Two cargoes, Per cargo 32,500 metric tons, plus or minus5 pct

4) Payment:

Ø In USD CFR Port of Basamuk, Papua New Guinea

5) Delivery:

Shipment: In one lot, transshipment not allowed;

Destination Port: Port of Basamuk, Papua New Guinea;

The buyer will give 60 days advance notice before the required arrival time .

Term of Delivery: CFR Port of Basamuk, Papua New Guinea.

6) Price:

The price per metric ton CFR Port of Basamuk in U.S. Dollars for this shipment shall be calculated as the average of all the MOPS HSFO 180CST effective during the month in which the Bill of Lading date falls, plus a premium.

7) Discharge rate:

Above 800m³/h

8) This bid may be awarded to one or two tenders.

Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before the deadline below. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of US$100,000.
