技术规格：

*7.1  可以进行RANS计算，包含k-ε等模型。

*7.2  可以进行LES计算。

*7.3  Mach数范围0.3～3.0。

*7.4  基于RANS求解的流场构造噪声声源。

*7.5  噪声分析网格与流场计算网格可以不同。

*7.6  FW-H方程用以计算远场噪声。

资金来源：国拨资金。

2.资格要求：本次招标不接受联合体投标。

3.交货的地点和时间：买方项目现场；合同签订后2个月内到货。

4.招标文件售价：每包每套1000元人民币或160美元，文件售后不退。（邮购须另加100元人民币或20美元）。任何未在中化商务有限公司领购招标文件的法人或其他组织均不得参加投标。

Sinochem Commerce Co., Ltd is entrusted by China Aerospace Aerodynamics Technology Research Institute to commission international public bidding for the following products、software and services. Qualified bidders are invited to participate in the tender.

1．Name, quantity, specifications and sources of funds for the bidding:

Aerodynamic Acoustic Numerical Computation and Analysis Software I

Technical specifications:

* 7.1 can be used for RANS calculation, including k-e model.

* 7.2 LES can be calculated.

* 7.3 Mach number ranges from 0.3 to 3.0.

* 7.4 Noise source is constructed based on the flow field solved by RANS.

* 7.5 Noise analysis grid and flow field calculation grid can be different.

* 7.6 FW-H equation is used to calculate far-field noise.

2．Qualification requirements：the tender does not accept the joint tender.

3．Delivery time and place: Project site of the buyer; Arrival within 2 months after the contract is signed.

4．The price of bidding documents: RMB 1000 or USD $160 per package, and the documents will not be returned. (mail order must be 100 yuan or $20). Any legal person or other organization that has not purchased the bid invitation documents in Sinochem Commerce Co., Ltd.
