3. Qualification Requirements for Bidder

Qualifications or Performance：

Bidder must be the manufacturer or manufacturer directly authorized agents to participate in the bidding, has been successfully registered in the Electronic trading platform for bidding and tendering of mechanical and electrical products ().Bidding product manufacturers must pass the ISO9001 or equivalent quality system certification and provide a copy of the corresponding certificate. The Bidder /bidders bid products manufacturer in 2015-2019, turning the hub dynamometer and controlling system for motors, auto parts companies in China or vehicle inspection agencies at least provide same type vehicle transfer hub dynamometer and controlling system for 5 sets of the above results, and are in working order (attached user list, listing should include but not limited to the following content: product model, quantity, name of customer, etc.), and provide no fewer than three performance projects listed in the table the copy as a proof. The bidder shall have the after-sales service organization and maintenance capacity of the equipment in China; Able to provide 24 hours service response, 48 hours to the site service. In China, there is a perfect after-sales quality assurance service system, and there should be specialized after-sales service personnel of the system equipment, and provide relevant address, telephone number, number of service personnel, contact person and other information.
